MEMBERSHIP DUES PHILOSOPHY

We Accept Only Silver and Gold Bullion — And Here’s Why

x

At the Constitution Party of Indiana, we proudly accept only silver and gold bullion for annual membership dues. This is not a gimmick—it is a principled stand grounded in constitutional law and the state constitution of Indiana.

U.S. Constitutional Money:
What the U.S. Founders Intended!

The U.S. Constitution (Article I, Section 10) clearly affirms:

“No State shall… make any thing but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts.”

This was written to prevent states from printing fiat currency or relying on unstable forms of money. It’s a call to honest money backed by something real—not paper promises.

We believe political parties should lead by example in restoring trust and transparency in public life. That’s why we don’t take fiat money. Instead, we invite our members to contribute real value—constitutional money.

Indiana Constitution: Article 11, Section 7 – Redemption of Money

“All bills or notes issued as money shall be, at all times, redeemable in gold or silver; and no law shall be passed, sanctioning, directly or indirectly, the suspension, by any bank or banking company, of specie payments.”

This article declares that any money used in Indiana must be redeemable in precious metals—and that the state must never allow the suspension of that principle. At the Constitution Party of Indiana, we take this seriously. We’re not waiting for Washington or Wall Street to fix the system. We’re acting now. By accepting only silver and gold, we:

  • Uphold Indiana’s legal framework
  • Resist inflation and central manipulation
  • Preserve liberty and purchasing power for future generations
  • Keep our party accountable to real value
  • Avoid participation in (and support for) the unethical usurious credit system currently in place
