Constitutional Party of Indiana Denounces the Status Quo: A Stand Against Corruption, Greed & Theft

    staff writer

WHEREAS the Constitutional Party of Indiana stands as a beacon of truth in a sea of political deception.

Unfortunately, our opponents, both Republicans in Name Only (RINO) and Democrats in Name Only (DINO), occupy the path of ruin, embracing financial instruments rooted in federal reserve machinations and reckless money printing, serving only war profiteers and the ruling class.

WHEREAS we stand in the light, rejecting the darkness of their misguided ways rooted in the sin of Usury.

Sadly, the fiat overlords utilize money printing, predatory interest rates, fractional reserve banking schemes, and war profiteering to rig the system for elites who covet all wealth, power, and prestige.

WHEREAS, we employ “Divine Timing” to expose and exploit the weaknesses inherent in their schemes, including fractional reserve banking, interest rate manipulation, market rigging, and silver price suppression.

Disgracefully,  the RINOs, DINOs, and those who travel the path of ruin exploit and enslave the workers via the *Cantillon effect, meaning they stand closest to money printers. By the time the lousy money hits the workers, it spreads like a plague, infecting our communities and thus driving our friends, neighbors, and society into debt slavery.

We call for Unity and rally the workers, villagers, and taxpayers to adhere to the greatest good for the greatest many. Our party serves as an awakening to abandon the fiat overlords’ path of ruin.

We shall use “Divine Timing” to strike when the moment is opportune, ushering in an era of proper constitutional governance and financial responsibility. We are a powerful movement of Unity driven by an unwavering resolve to stand against the insidious forces of Corruption, Greed, and Theft.

    What is the Cantillon Effect?

The Cantillon Effect significantly benefits the ruling class by giving them privileged access to newly created money, allowing them to profit at the expense of the broader population. This effect occurs when new money enters the economy, typically through central bank policies like quantitative easing or deficit spending.

The ruling class benefits in several key ways:

Early access to new money: Those closest to the source of money creation, such as banks, financial institutions, and wealthy individuals, receive the new funds first. This allows them to spend or invest before prices in the economy adjust, effectively increasing their purchasing power.

Asset price inflation: The influx of new money often flows into financial assets like stocks, bonds, and real estate. This disproportionately benefits the wealthy, who own a larger share of these assets. As asset prices rise, the wealth gap between the ruling class and the general population widens.

Increased economic influence: The ruling class’s ability to access cheap credit and invest in appreciating assets allows them to expand their financial control and influence. This can lead to further concentration of wealth and power.

Protection against inflation: While the general population experiences erosion of purchasing power due to inflation, the ruling class can hedge against this by investing in assets that appreciate faster than the rate of inflation.

Structural economic changes: The spending patterns of early recipients of new money can reshape the economy, leading to changes in production that favor their preferences and further entrench their economic advantage.

The long-term consequences of the Cantillon Effect are evident in wealth distribution statistics. From 1989 to 2021, the top 1% of households saw their net worth increase by 769%, while the bottom 50% experienced only a 243% increase.

This stark disparity illustrates how the Cantillon Effect transfers wealth from the broader population to the ruling class, exacerbating economic inequality and consolidating the power of those already at the top of the economic hierarchy.

    Origins

Richard Cantillon, an Irish-French economist of the 18th century, is credited with developing the concept now known as the Cantillon Effect.

He first described this economic phenomenon in his seminal work “Essai sur la Nature du Commerce en General” (Essay on the Nature of Trade in General), published posthumously in 1755.

Cantillon’s analysis focused on the uneven distribution of newly created money in an economy and its effects on different sectors and individuals.

He observed that when new money enters an economy, it doesn’t affect all prices simultaneously or uniformly; instead, those closest to the source of the new money benefit first, while others experience the harmful effects of inflation later.

Although Cantillon didn’t use the term “Cantillon Effect” himself, his insights into the non-neutral nature of money and its distributional consequences formed the basis for what later economists would call the Cantillon Effect.

This concept has since become an important part of economic theory, particularly in understanding how monetary policies and inflation impact wealth distribution.
