We want to make Indiana the most potent local economy because this prosperity creates the greatest good for the greatest many. We will do so by promoting free markets
- Are you aware that over 50% of all small businesses will fail within 3 years
- and that only 33% of all companies can make it to 10 years.
Does that sound like an economy of prosperity and opportunity to you?
Did you know that government involvement in business is cited as one of the most significant factors for these failures?
Did you know that small businesses make up 99.7% of the companies in the United States yet share a higher tax burden than large corporations, which make up 0.3%?
IS THIS FAIR? IS THIS RIGHT? IS THIS HEALTHY FOR OUR ECONOMY?
The Constitution Party believes:
- Small Businesses, not large corporations, are the key to a healthy economy.
- Prosperous markets are achieved by allowing intense competition among companies.
- In order to offer the best pricing, products, and services, you need to ensure that every company has an even playing field and can fairly compete for our business.
- Job creation comes from business creation and growth. Removing restrictive government regulations, fees, and taxes combined with responsible trade agreements with foreign governments will ensure massive business and job growth.
It is irresponsible and illogical to think that we can have a thriving economy in Indiana without significantly growing manufacturing.
We need to start producing the products that we use if we want jobs and economic security.
PROSPEROUS MARKETS REJECT RESTRICTIVE GOVERNMENT TAXATION AND OVER-REGULATION OF BUSINESS. THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD ONLY BE INVOLVED TO KEEP THINGS FAIR, KEEP US SAFE, AND PREVENT CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. BUSINESS AND INDIVIDUALS CANNOT BECOME THE GOVERNMENT’S SLUSH FUND FOR SUPPORTING UNCONTROLLED SPENDING HABITS.
Our candidates will:
- Work at the federal, state, and (most importantly) local levels to remove the strangling grip of government taxes, fees, unneeded regulations, and intrusion.
- Restore Free Market laws and regulations that promote competition, job creation, clean manufacturing, and new technologies.
- Always working towards a rational distribution of wealth, power, and prestige.
